WHAT'S A CROWN AND WHAT DOES IT DO?
A dental crown is essentially a cap that sits on top of your tooth. It provides support to weak or worn down teeth and prevents further decay. They can also be used to improve the appearance of chipped or stained teeth, and cover dental implants. Usually made of porcelain, they're bonded to your tooth and will last between 5 and 15 years if you look after them.
WHAT'S A BRIDGE?
Just as the name suggests, this bridges a gap in your mouth between teeth. We make false teeth which are then bonded onto the teeth on either side.
