WHAT DOES GETTING A TOOTH IMPLANT INVOLVE?

Getting an implant will involve some dental surgery. A 'root' is attached to the jaw, and once that's settled, artificial teeth are fitted on top. If don't have anywhere left to attach bridge work to, this is a fantastic long term solution that in most cases comes as close as you can get to having your own teeth.

PREVENT BONE LOSS

One of the biggest benefits of dental implants are that they help to preserve bone density. They're attached to your jaw, which makes them incredibly strong, and you don't need to alter any of your other teeth to hold the implant. Your speech won't be affected, and you can eat normally, making them an incredibly popular option.

AM I SUITABLE FOR IMPLANTS?

In most cases yes, however the best thing to do is arrange a consultation. You will need to have adequate bone density to sustain the implant, however we will be able to discuss all of this and any potential alternatives at our dental lab in Slough.
